Steps to great skin using RIMAN Skincare
Step 1 Cleansing
Step 2 Exfoliation
Step 3 Mask
Step 4 Toner
Step 5 Serum
Step 6 Eye contour
Step 7 Moisturising
Step 8 Sun protection
First step is keeping your skin clean. Our skin is exposed to external factors on a daily basis that can alter its appearance and cause imperfections, uneven textures, changes in tone or premature aging.
Next, an effective exfoliation will help eliminate impurities and dead cells that cause dilated pores, wrinkles, dull tone, pimples or hyperpigmentation spots.
Use the active clean-up powder for step 1 and 2 for cleaning and exfoliating. A plant derived, powder based cleanser that gently whisks away dead skin cells and impurities.
Followed by a step for hydrating and moisturizing. If you have an extra 15 minutes, apply a mask that will help moisturize, sooth, or purify your skin. If not you can move on with a choice of oil mist to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day.
Use the vieton oil mist, a rich, hydrating mist combining the powerful moisture of oil with nourishment of vitamins to provide radiant, dewy skin. Use this throughout the day for a spritz of hydration.
Fourth step is the use of toner or gel for extra moisturizing.
Calming Balance gel is a water-based gel with Demask rose water and calming ingredients that restore skin balance, prevent signs of skin aging, and helping combat the effects of season changes.
The next step is choosing the serum that best suits your needs. The booster and serum duo work together to brighten the skin, restore strength, and improve elasticity that is lost over time, while nourishing and defending the skin.
Followed by a step that should never be forgotten, especially if your skin is dry. This allows the skin to remain healthy and ensure a correct barrier function against external factors.
The active cream ex is a unique, hypoallergenic hydrating cream that infuses moisture and nutrients deep into the skin, resulting in an unparalleled, glowing complexion. Use this day and night to defend the skin.
And finally, the last step and an essential one for sun protection.
The daily aqua BB cream provides a “barely there” make up look and evens complexion without caking or cracking. It conceals blemishes and discoloration, while providing all day skin defense and hydration with key antioxidant ingredients.

Neurotoxin Aftercare: Best Practices and Precautions You Should Know
Neurotoxin injections and skin care has been an area of medicine that I’ve always wanted to dive into. And I’m very excited to offer these treatments to our clinic. If you’re someone who has received a neurotoxin injection or perhaps this is your first session, you’re now wondering what’s next. Although neurotoxin treatments can do wonders in treating wrinkles, there are other components of maintenance and prevention to healthier skin. Read on to learn about immediate and long term post-neurotoxin injection care.
IMMEDIATE POST-NEUROTOXIN CARE
1. AVOID TOUCHING OR MASSAGING THE TREATED AREA
Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for at least 24 hours. Touching or applying pressure to the area can cause the Botox to spread to unintended muscles, potentially leading to unwanted results.
2. STAY UPRIGHT
Stay upright and avoid lying down for at least 4 hours following the treatment. This helps prevent the Botox from moving to other areas of the face.
3. AVOID STRENUOUS ACTIVITIES, EXCESSIVE HEAT, OR SUN EXPOSURE
Avoid any strenuous activities or exercise for 24 hours after the treatment. Physical exertion can increase blood flow and cause sweating, thereby potentially dispersing the Botox from the targeted area.
4. USE ICE PACKS
Applying ice packs or cold compresses (wrapped in a cloth or towel) to the treated area can help reduce swelling and bruising. Protect the skin and avoid direct contact with the ice.
4. AVOID EXCESSIVE FACIAL MOVEMENTS
It is advised to avoid excessive facial movements that could potentially disrupt the treated areas. This includes avoiding activities like facials, facial massages, or any vigorous exercise that may strain the facial muscles.
6. FOLLOW ANY ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER
Every individual may have specific guidelines to follow based on their unique situation and treatment. It is crucial to carefully listen to and follow any additional instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
7. BE PATIENT AND WAIT FOR RESULTS
Botox results are not immediately visible. It typically takes around 3-7 days to start noticing the effects and up to two weeks for the full results to become apparent.
8. SCHEDULE A FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT
Schedule a follow-up appointment with your healthcare provider in 2 weeks to evaluate the results and address any concerns or questions you may have. This allows for adjustments if needed and ensures that you are satisfied with the outcome of the treatment.
LONG-TERM POST-NEUROTOXIN CARE
While the effects of Botox are temporary, there are several long-term post-care steps individuals can take to maintain their results and ensure their skin stays healthy and glowing.
1. ESTABLISH A SKINCARE ROUTINE
Establish a consistent skincare routine to keep your skin healthy and maintain the results. This routine should include cleansing, toning, moisturizing, and applying sunscreen daily. Choosing gentle and non-irritating skin care productsis essential to avoid any potential adverse effects on the treated areas. Our clinic carries an amazing line by Riman Skincare.
2. SUN PROTECTION AND ITS ROLE IN MAINTAINING RESULTS
The sun’s harmful UV rays can damage the skin and accelerate the breakdown of the injected botulinum toxin, reducing its effectiveness. Protect your skin by using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher, even on cloudy days. Reapply sunscreen every two hours, and wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses when exposed to direct sunlight.
3. FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS AND TOUCH-UPS
To ensure the longevity and effectiveness of your Botox treatment, it is essential to schedule follow-up appointments every 3 to 4 months with your provider. These appointments allow them to assess your results and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments. Regular follow-ups will help maintain the desired outcome and address any concerns or questions you may have.
4. MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
While neurotoxin/neuromodulator/botox can provide significant improvements in the appearance of wrinkles, it is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle to support overall skin health. This includes eating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and antioxidants, drinking plenty of water, getting regular exercise, and getting enough sleep.
Finally, don’t forget to join us for our wellness day on Sunday, April 27th between 11 to 1pm to learn about different services on wellness including neurotoxin injections, fillers, skincare, weight management, and spa services. To ensure a spot for treatment, be sure to schedule a reservation. Otherwise please walk in and bring a friend for a day of wellness! See you soon. — Karen Rayos, MD
A Season for Growth and Healing
Spring is synonymous with growth, and growth is at the heart of both physical and mental well-being.
The Direct Primary Care Difference
As winter fades and the world awakens with the colors and warmth of spring, we find ourselves in a season of renewal. It is a time of fresh starts, of looking ahead, and of embracing the possibilities that lie before us. This season of growth is the perfect time to rethink how we care for ourselves—both physically and mentally—and to explore innovative approaches like Direct Primary Care (DPC) that are revolutionizing healthcare.
DPC is a patient-first model of healthcare that fosters a direct relationship between doctor and patient through a simple membership model. This approach prioritizes longer appointments, same-day or next-day visits, and a focus on prevention and holistic well-being—all of which align beautifully with the themes of renewal and growth that spring represents.
This approach is particularly transformative for mental health, an area often overlooked in traditional healthcare settings.
The Connection Between Physical and Mental Well-being
Spring’s fresh air and sunlight naturally lift our spirits, reminding us that our mental health is deeply connected to our physical state. Yet, in many healthcare settings, mental health is treated as an afterthought. Direct Primary Care changes that by allowing physicians the time and space to address mental well-being alongside physical health.
This holistic approach helps patients navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, and other mental health challenges—providing the support they need to thrive.
Looking Ahead to a Healthier Future
Spring reminds us that transformation is always possible. If you’ve felt frustrated with traditional healthcare or have struggled to find the right balance in your mental and physical well-being, now is the time for a fresh start. Direct Primary Care offers a path forward—a way to prioritize yourself, to nurture your health proactively, and to build a relationship with a doctor who truly knows and cares about you.
As you step into this season of renewal, consider making a commitment to your well-being. Whether it’s through lifestyle changes, prioritizing mental health, or seeking a healthcare model that actually puts patients first, spring is your opportunity to cultivate a healthier, brighter future.
Embrace the season. Embrace growth. And most importantly, embrace the care that truly supports you.

How Direct Primary Care is Breaking Barriers and Improving Health Equity
Learn more about how All In Health, a Direct Primary Clinic in Modesto, is improving health equity and making accessing patient care safer and more convenient for ALL!
When it comes to healthcare, women, undocumented migrants, and minorities often face high costs, long wait times, and systemic discrimination. All In Health is changing that—offering an affordable, accessible, and relationship-driven alternative that puts patients first.
1. Affordable, Transparent Pricing
Insurance-based care is expensive and complicated. Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinics like All In Health ditch the middleman—for a flat, low-cost monthly fee ($125), patients get unlimited visits, longer appointments, and no surprise bills. This makes primary care accessible for uninsured or underinsured individuals, including migrants and low-income families.
2. Better Care for Women
Women’s health often gets sidelined in rushed, insurance-driven visits. DPC changes that by offering:
✅ Longer appointments for in-depth discussions on reproductive health, contraception, and chronic conditions.
✅ Same-day or next-day visits—no more waiting weeks for urgent concerns.
✅ Holistic, relationship-based care that prioritizes prevention, mental health, and patient trust.
At All In Health, we spend time to get to know you so we can personalize your care.
3. Culturally Competent Care for Minorities
Rushed appointments and implicit bias in traditional medicine leave many minorities feeling unheard. All In Health fosters trust and understanding by:
🔹 Offering longer, unrushed visits for better doctor-patient communication.
🔹 Removing language and cultural barriers—patients actually feel seen and heard.
🔹 Addressing chronic disease disparities head-on, from diabetes to hypertension.
Note All In Health has a physician who speaks Spanish!
4. Safe, Non-Discriminatory Healthcare for Undocumented Migrants
Many undocumented individuals fear accessing healthcare due to immigration concerns. All In Health provides a safe space by:
✔️ Not requiring insurance or legal documentation—care is for everyone.
✔️ Offering affordable, predictable pricing to prevent medical debt.
✔️ Encouraging preventive and chronic disease management to avoid costly ER visits.
At All In Health, we will NEVER ask you to disclose your private information such as your citizenship status, immigration status, or your place of birth.
5. Reducing ER Visits & Improving Outcomes
Without access to primary care, many underserved individuals turn to ERs for basic needs—a costly, inefficient system. DPC helps by:
🚑 Providing same-day care to prevent unnecessary ER trips.
💊 Managing chronic diseases proactively, reducing complications.
🧠 Offering mental health support, a crucial yet often neglected aspect of care.
Did you know that All In Health offers urgent care services, with or without a membership? We have in person and virtual appointment types available for your convenience.
The Future of Healthcare is Here
DPC isn’t just a model—it’s a movement toward health equity, affordability, and patient-centered care. By breaking barriers, DPC ensures that women, minorities, and undocumented individuals get the quality healthcare they deserve—without the bureaucracy.

Health Equity & Women: Addressing Disparities in Medical Care
Health equity is a critical issue in women's healthcare, as systemic barriers continue to create disparities in access, quality of care, and health outcomes. Women—especially those from marginalized communities—face unique challenges that must be addressed to ensure fair and effective healthcare for all. At All In Health, we’re doing our small part to improve care for women in our community.
Understanding Health Disparities in Women's Healthcare
Health disparities arise due to multiple factors, including gender, race, socioeconomic status, geographic location, and systemic biases. These disparities result in unequal access to care, misdiagnosis, and poorer health outcomes. Some key issues include:
Gender Bias in Medicine – Women’s symptoms are often dismissed or misdiagnosed, especially in conditions like heart disease, autoimmune disorders, and chronic pain. Research has shown that women’s pain is less likely to be taken seriously compared to men’s, leading to delays in treatment and worsening health conditions. Having a doctor who spends more time with you and listens to you makes all the difference.
Racial and Ethnic Disparities – Women of color, particularly Black, Indigenous, and Latina women, experience higher maternal mortality rates and poorer health outcomes due to systemic racism and lack of access to quality care.
Economic Barriers – Women are more likely to experience financial hardship, making healthcare less affordable due to gaps in insurance coverage and paid medical leave. We aim to keep our memberships affordable for all.
Limited Research on Women’s Health – Historically, medical research has been male-centric, leading to gaps in understanding how conditions and medications affect women differently.
Key Areas of Inequality in Women's Health
While health disparities affect all women to some extent, specific areas demonstrate particularly concerning gaps in care:
1. Maternal Mortality
The U.S. has one of the highest maternal mortality rates among developed nations, with Black women nearly three times more likely to die from pregnancy-related complications than white women. Factors such as inadequate prenatal care, systemic racism in medical settings, and socioeconomic disparities contribute to these alarming statistics.
2. Heart Disease Diagnosis & Treatment
Heart disease is the leading cause of death among women, yet it is often underdiagnosed. Women’s symptoms can differ from men’s, leading to misdiagnosis or delayed treatment. Research has historically focused on men’s symptoms, meaning women are less likely to receive timely and accurate care.
3. Mental Health Stigma
Mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD disproportionately affect women. However, access to mental health services remains limited, particularly for low-income women and those in marginalized communities. The stigma surrounding mental health also prevents many women from seeking the care they need. We offer telehealth and in-home appointments to ensure our care is accessible for all.
4. Reproductive Health Access
Women’s reproductive healthcare continues to be a political issue, leading to disparities in access to contraception, abortion, and fertility treatments. Restrictive policies disproportionately affect low-income women and those in rural areas, limiting their ability to make informed choices about their health. Confidential and judgement-free care helps women feel comfortable accessing the care they need.
Solutions for a More Equitable Healthcare System
While the challenges in achieving health equity for women are significant, there are actionable solutions to bridge these gaps:
1. Increase Awareness & Education
Education empowers women to advocate for themselves in medical settings. By increasing awareness about common gender-based health disparities, women can seek second opinions, ask informed questions, and demand proper care.
2. Expand Access to Healthcare
Policies such as Medicaid expansion, increased funding for women's health programs, and employer-based healthcare benefits can help make healthcare more accessible and affordable for all women.
In addition, Direct Primary Care clinics like All In Health can help provide a different model of care that is compassionate, personalized, and convenient for women who may find it challenging to access healthcare in the traditional way.
3. Improve Representation in Medical Research and in the Fields of Health Care
Medical studies must include more female participants to ensure that women receive treatments tailored to their unique physiological needs. More research on conditions like endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and menopause is essential.
We need more female and BIPOC and other minorities to become physicians! Patient outcomes improve when patients are taken care of by someone who looks like them.
At All In Health, we’re proud to be a women-owned business and aim to provide excellent care to all our patients.
4. Culturally Competent Care
Healthcare providers should receive training on gender and racial biases to improve patient trust and treatment efficacy. Culturally competent care leads to better communication, higher patient satisfaction, and improved health outcomes.
5. Advocacy & Policy Change
Supporting organizations that fight for women's health rights and advocating for policy reform can lead to systemic improvements. Women’s health equity should be a legislative priority, with increased funding for maternal health, mental health services, and preventative care.
Final Thoughts
Achieving health equity for women requires a multi-faceted approach that includes education, policy change, and healthcare reform. By addressing disparities and advocating for better care, we can create a future where all women receive the healthcare they deserve—regardless of their background or circumstances.
Addressing women’s health disparities is not just a medical issue; it’s a societal responsibility. By recognizing the barriers women face and working collectively to remove them, we can take meaningful steps toward true health equity. At All In Health, we’re honored to play a small role in improving health equity in our community.

We’re so excited to be opening our doors! We still have work to do and have big plans but can’t wait any longer to share this news. We’ve moved into a space and started to make it our own and now want to open our doors to the community, patients, and our loved ones. We are excited to be starting 2025 with this new adventure. Our friendship has continued to strengthen over the past year and we’re ready for this next step. We are asking you all to come celebrate with us and share this information with anyone who may be interested in meeting a new doctor, considering a different way to access healthcare, or would like more information about what we do and the services we offer. Another Year
I celebrated my birthday this year with a wonderful brunch at my absolute favorite spot, La Mo, in Turlock, CA. This place always impresses me and is my go to for celebrating or when I have guests visiting from out of town. This year my parents were visiting from Georgia, so my husband and I, my parents, and my adult son and his girlfriend met for brunch on the morning of my birthday. I started with a dirty chai martini and we shared the queso fundido. Then I had the wedding chicken with breakfast potatoes, while others had the sourdough French toast, the Latin benedict, and the roasted bell pepper BLT with sweet potato fries. Of course, the birthday girl gets to taste everything and everything was amazing. We miraculously didn’t wait long despite not having a reservation (which is available through the website or the Resy app). Service was great- attentive and kind, everything served with a smile. Our lovely waitress had the cutest naughty/nice earrings. After breakfast we set out down main street to shop. I wanted to find some thrifted treasures at the nearby antique and thrift stores. I didn’t find anything I couldn’t live without, but got so many good ideas about decorating the house! It was a great way to spend my birthday. This time of year there are always holiday office parties and hospital department pot lucks, it is always nice to carve out a special time for celebrating my birthday. Since then, we also celebrated with a nice dinner out and I have a ladies night out planned for next week. Despite busy schedules, it is great to spend quality time with all my friends and loved ones. Of all the things I’m proud of accomplishing, I’m most proud and grateful for the relationships I’ve built and invested time and energy into. Part of living a healthy life involves creating and maintaining healthy and safe relationships and I’m blessed to have so many loved ones who care about my success and support me.

Sharing our vision!
Our recent event at the bridal show was a success! We love sharing with others about direct primary care and how we can make healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable.
We had a successful event at the ACS Bridal and Wedding Expo. We learned so much about how to be prepared for an event with hundreds of people and how to keep our booth visitors engaged. We really enjoyed talking to all different types of people at the event and hearing about their upcoming plans for bachelorette parties and weddings. More than anything, it was great to be able to share our vision for the future of All In Health with so many new people. Overall, people are interested and excited once they learn about how direct primary care improves access to care and can make their healthcare more personalized and meaningful for an affordable monthly membership fee. Our membership cost is less than what some people pay towards coffee each month! There are so many reasons why having unlimited access to your physician through texting, calling, and same-day or next-day appointments makes sense and is worth the price. It was interesting to hear what types of things visitors to our booth are concerned about as their making their big plans- the flu/covid, urinary tract infections or yeast infections, or even just expecting their periods at inconvenient times (honey moon, etc.) Sometimes things come up unexpectedly. We’re excited to be here for our members to support them during some of the most important parts of their lives! As always, we appreciate your support. Please continue to engage with our social media and share us with your friends and loved ones.

Protein House Modesto
Eat with a purpose! Get your protein in at Protein House in Modesto. All In Health members will get a special discount, just ask at the counter.
I had the opportunity to visit Protein House this last week! I wanted to take a moment to highlight this partner of ours, a business with similar beliefs about health and fitness as ours. At All In Health, we know protein is an important part of our diets and recommend our patients to add in more protein so they stay feeling satisfied, fueled, and ready for anything that comes their way. You will often hear us advising our patients about increasing lean protein and plant based proteins as part of our “healthy living” recommendations. Protein House has protein options for everyone, whether you are craving something sweet or savory, and whether you keep it low carb or not. They have protein pancakes, salads, bowls, burgers and more! They even have protein-packed smoothies and sugar free coffee options that will have you craving and planning your next visit. With the motto, “Eat clean. Train mean. Get lean.” you can eat anything on the menu and feel good about what you are fueling your body with. The atmosphere is clean and modern and the staff are excellent. If you are an All In Health member, let them know when you’re ordering for a special member discount! They’ll hook you up just like they hooked me up with my super bird omelet (39 grams of protein and 8 carbs!) and a delicious mixed green salad with my favorite creamy balsamic vinaigrette. You know I washed it down with a sugar free snickers coffee to get my caffeine fix. I’ll definitely be back. Looking forward to our continued partnership with Protein House and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Rayos’ Birthday Month
Celebrating Dr. Karen Rayos this month at All In Health.
I’m so glad I get to share this journey with an amazing partner who cares deeply about her work, her community, and her loved ones. It is clear that Dr. Rayos has a calling and a passion for Women’s health and strives for excellence in all she does. Since it is her birthday month, I’m taking this opportunity to celebrate her and highlight some of her qualities. Dr. Rayos is kind and compassionate, always willing to help a friend, and makes an effort to spend quality time with them. She loves all things fancy, from food and shoes to traveling. She’s very thoughtful and generous, always bringing home gifts for others from her travels. Some of her favorite places to travel to are San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Hawaii. She will often be the best dressed in a crowd and loves to dress up for a theme! Her love for entertaining and hosting makes her the best at throwing parties, complete with a cocktail menu and decorations. She knows how to have fun and make everyone smile. She loves her sweet dog Mochi (so does everyone who meets her). She deeply loves all those around her. I am truly honored to have her as a friend and partner. And yes we are celebrating her ALL MONTH.
The Premarital Exam: Cringe or Clutch?
We believe all patients should openly discuss their sexual practices, medical history, and any concerns with their physicians, whether they are planning to get married or not and whether they have had previous partners or not. We are redefining the premarital exam to be an opportunity for all patients planning their weddings to establish care with a trusted partner in their overall health and wellness.
Did you know that in the 1930s, many states in the US passed laws requiring blood tests, including tests for STIs like syphilis? It began as a public health measure to reduce transmission of undiagnosed syphilis to newly sexually active people and reduce the risk of infants being born with congenital syphilis. In 1954, all but 8 states required applicants for marriage licenses to submit proof of premarital blood tests. It wasn’t until 2019 that this requirement was finally abolished across the country! Historically, “virginity testing” was an unethical and medically unnecessary type of exam designed to provide physical proof that someone had not yet had vaginal intercourse (cringe). There are many controversial beliefs and social issues related to that practice, and as such, some people may be hesitant or reluctant to consider any advice for couples or individuals to make a trip to the physician’s office prior to getting married. A trend to schedule a “premarital exam” has developed over the years in states with requirements for teachers to only teach abstinence, as well as those with large religious organizations or high numbers of people who believe sex should only happen within a marriage. Patients requesting these exams may have questions about having sex for the first time and often wish to discuss birth control. We believe all patients should openly discuss their sexual practices, medical history, and any concerns with their physicians, whether they are planning to get married or not and whether they have had previous partners or not. We are redefining the premarital exam to be an opportunity for all patients planning their weddings to establish care with a trusted partner in their overall health and wellness (clutch). Our wedding packages are specifically designed for patients planning to get married within the next 6 months to 1 year. Initially, we will gather pertinent health information about each partner and about the relationship. We will provide appropriate screening, helpful information, and support as you concentrate on all the wedding planning details. We will focus on the mental, physical, and sexual health of each individual and the couple, including evaluating and making recommendations for healthy communicating and maintaining your sense of self within your marriage. As always, as we get to know you and your partner, we will customize your care based on your individual needs.
Our wedding packages make a great wedding gift as well, so if you know someone getting married, share our information or reach out to learn how to purchase a package as a gift. Packages and memberships designed for the wedding party are also available!
Thanks for continuing to support All In Health!

Learning Together
Learning ways to bring our members convenient and affordable options for fitness, nutrition, and more!
We are both so lucky to have this opportunity to learn and grow as physicians (and as entrepreneurs). One of the most rewarding things about creating our own business so far is that we truly have complete control and freedom to do what we feel is best for patients and best for the community. We have been engaging and collaborating with many community organizations and individuals in the area and are continuing to build relationships with companies you may or may not be familiar with. We’re trying to be thoughtful about partnerships that will be most beneficial to our patients. Our focus over the past few months has been to provide exclusive discounts for our members that will make their health and wellness journey not only more convenient, but more affordable too. So far we’ve found excellent options for discounted medications, supplements, and a local meal prep business (Valley Meal Prep!), and are looking forward to announcing more resources for fitness, self-care, and even helpful mindfulness and meditation apps. Please continue to follow us on our social media and engage in the discussions and posts. We need patients to know about us so we can continue to find ways to make a difference in Modesto.

New Opportunities for Growth
At All In Health, we want to help patients live their best lives. We’re bringing products that can help our patients feel better, look better, and live better directly to our patients. Check our our affiliated products page for supplements, probiotics, workout gear, and more!
We are growing! And with growth comes new opportunities to be creative. One of my favorite things about starting this business with my friend and co-founder, Dr. Rayos, is the chance to have fun and use my non-medicine brain. As doctors, we have dedicated 11+ years of our lives to pursuing medical knowledge, practicing evidenced based medicine, and working hard to excel in our medical and professional careers. The long hours, nights, and weekends during our education and training did not leave much time for art, creativity, or entrepreneurship. Now that we’ve prioritized growing All In Health to be a unique and innovative model of care for patients that allows improved relationships with patients AND improved satisfaction for both patients and us, we get to be creative again. Check out our new “affiliated products” page to see how we’re partnering with other companies to bring our patients affordable products from supplements to workout gear. We do our research to ensure we’re only bringing quality products, backed by great reviews (and science!), directly to our patients. Thank you for your continued support as we grow and learn on this journey!
Understanding Direct Primary Care…
Check out https://sigmamd.com/ to learn more about the direct primary care model. We believe DPC is best for patients and doctors.
It’s been over a year since my business partner and I joined the direct primary care movement and started our own direct primary care clinic here in Modesto, CA. Many people still do not fully understand how a direct primary care clinic model is different from a traditional primary care clinic model. First and foremost, “DIRECT” means NO middleman between you and your doctor. This means no insurance companies will dictate your care and you receive direct access to your doctor any time you need it. One of our objectives is to provide convenience for our patients. In a traditional primary care model, we’ve found patients waiting over 3 months to be seen as a new patient, with limited availability for for follow up visits, and no same day or walk in appointments available at all. In addition to convenience, we offer improved access for our patients who can email, call, or text us directly on our mobile phones. We recently collaborated with SigmaMD so please head over to their website to read more on the benefits of the direct care model. Finally, although we don’t accept insurances, we’ve curated an affordable monthly membership rate that can be found on this website. Your membership includes any concerns you may have regarding sexual health, mental health, and healthy living. Some of our patients also use their membership as a supplement to their already existing medical care. If you’re still wanting to get a better understanding of what our membership includes, we offer a complimentary 15 minute consultation. In addition, check out our IG @allinhealth.inc for educational content! We’re looking forward to helping you.
