Women’s Health Month
This time of year, we’re both working hard to bring our patients the best options for getting and staying healthy and fit, both physically and mentally.
May is recognized as Women’s Health month and we were honored to be interviewed by our friend, Malia, from the Stanislaus County Youth Empowerment Program. We love working with Malia because our mission to help all people become the best version of themselves aligns well with Stan Co YEP’s mission to help young people become leaders and contributors within their communities. We’re looking forward to seeing what Malia and the whole team accomplish through their work with youth in Modesto and surrounding areas. Check out https://www.stancoyep.org/ to learn more about the organization or to subscribe to their newsletter to stay updated.
In recognition of Women's Health month, we’ve been working on a new video mini-series of educational topics related to women’s health. These will be released before the end of the month and we hope they reach patients who may be facing common challenges related to their monthly cycles including premenstrual symptoms, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, heavy or painful bleeding, and more.
As always, we appreciate your support. Please follow us on social media and engage with our content. We want patients to find us when they need us and the best way to help us ensure that happens is to like and share our content.
